Shape U Up is a European network of University campuses that enables students and empowers citizens across Europe to take ownership over their own health and to become catalysts and multipliers of behavioral and societal change in their communities.

Shape U Up focuses on a forgotten target of public health interventions: young citizens (18-30), whose unhealthy habits and risky behaviours are a growing concern for healthcare professionals and policymakers.

Shape U Up fosters innovative health promotion activities at university campuses and in the surrounding communities, engaging local residents, but focusing mainly on youth participation.
