France’s National Reference Centre on Health at Home and Independent Living (Centre National de Référence Santé à Domicile et Autonomie, CNR-Santé) is a not-for-profit organisation under France’s Law of 1901, which was set up at the end of 2009 by the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Employment (MINEFE). Its role is to contribute to the development and appropriate use of home-based healthcare and assisted living solutions. The CNR-Santé is a network-based organisation with a central structure based in Nice, 12 expert centres including MADoPA and 13 outreach centres across France.
